Ownership: The Plume Network and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Plume Network and its licensors.

Restrictions: You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Warranties and Disclaimers
No Warranties: Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Accuracy of Materials: The materials appearing on our service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our services are accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Plume Network or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if Plume Network or a Plume Network authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plume Network, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use our services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
